Join us, Tuesday, Jan. 27, in the Winner private dining room for an intimate dinner by Bun Cheam.


Bun will prepare a five-course Cambodian tasting menu, served family-style, while sharing stories and meanings behind the dishes served. This is a special sneak peak into the menu to-come, as he and his wife Cait prepare to open their permanent location in Red Hook in the summer of 2026. Cait will be mixing up cocktails and pouring some special wines to pair.

Seating will be communal. Come share in the experience of a traditional Cambodian feast, and get ready to make new friends.
